Chaitanya is a (concerned) Designer and VisualArtist from India. He holds Bachelor of Visual Arts in Applied Arts from the prestigious Faculty of Fine Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU), where he has been recipient of Prof. Jayram Patel award. He has worked as DesignAssociate at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, India. Apart from his routine design practice, he tries to involve himself in design research and understanding, and contributes his design thinking in studying about DESIGN: As a Social Responsibility in India. Based on this, he has started an initiative - 'Should Design Education, as a Subject, be introduced at School Level in India?' This is part of his ongoing self-initiated project: 'DesignedForDesignAwareness', #ProjectDFDA.
